Do you happen to have a part number for that and also with just that piece connected to the die, will it hold the flaring die in place? I was thinking that plus the E.C. quick disconnect to screw on it would allow me to bell casings without the powder hopper in place when testing new seating depths
EEH
The body collar alone is pt#13940. Complete collar has different #. the way I did it when I first started with an old single stage was to drill hole in powder die like below. hope this helps.. the hole holds the die in place. Forgot you must thread it also. What ever small screw you have on hand. Edited July 20, 2018 by EEH
PhillySoldier
Thanks EEH. So a screw threaded through the side to hold it in place? Is this change permanently making the die belling only? I will need it to work both with and without the powder hopper
jim m
Broke mine on my 1050, not sure how, Dillon sent a new one, no questions asked.
perttime
Broke the body collar (alu casting) on my ancient SDB a few weeks ago. An email to Dillon got me the whole body collar assembly, with all the small parts. I included a photo of what I had. The new parts are not identical with the old, but they fit perfectly.
