You are going to a large major three day match but only live 25 miles from the range.

Pros and cons of staying at the match hotel vs. just going home for a good nights sleep.

If you have a lot of distractions at home - maybe the hotel..

I sleep better in my own bed.

Ccost and rest are deciding factors unless your in it for other reasons, i.e. catching up with old friends or making new! I'd drive upto 80 miles for a major just to sleep in my own bed.

Considering as how it seems the match hotel is always at least 1/2 hour from the range, it's a no-brainer. Want company? Invite them over.

I have a tempurpedic bed and there's nothing out there that compares. I'd drive up to an hour and a half to avoid the cost of a hotel. All of those Dateline stories with the black light (and what it finds) also scares me a little.
