LeviSS
Can anyone show me how to disable the slide stop on a Tanfo Limited? I think it's a matter of taking some material off of the slide stop, but I'm not sure exactly where or how much. I have trouble with bumping it and locking the slide back. johnbu
Replace it with a pin. I think Henning sells them. Or grind off the bottom of the square part until it no longer locks. Or train to not bump it?
TrackCage
File the back square edge that you see engaging the slide when the slide is locked to the rear. Make that square, hard angle into a rounded one. Go slow, little by little. Full disclosure, I've never done this to a tanfo, but I've done this to my G34 no problem. Slide still locks to the rear on an empty mag, but ANY jar to the pistol or inserting a mag and the slide falls 100% of the time Edited September 19, 2017 by TrackCage

What does it look like? Is it just a pin with no lever on it?
Sc0
EGW also offers a slide stop pin without a lever, have one as a backup...
LeviSS
EGW says for use with comp guns only. I'm assuming they mean compensated, not competition, guns since it is mentioned earlier in their description. Is Henning the same? johnbu
yes, Henning's pin is about the same. But they seem to be not produced any longer.

I have run one at various points in my CZ TS. The only downside of them is you lose the benefit of the slide lock pushing mags out.I'd just learn to count rounds and not bump it on.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
