zzt
R3, I have both and shoot both. The TS is designed for Standard Division in IPSC. That equates to our Limited Division. There are boatloads of them in use in Europe. There are several used in every USPSA match I shoot. My TS is very slightly more accurate than either of my 2011s. When I was shooting Limited I preferred the TS because the bore was lower relative to the grip, so recoil was more straight back. Muzzle rise was definitely less than with the Edge, so I was back on target faster for the second shot. They are equivalent guns. Go and try each out. See which feels better in your hand. If you can shoot them, do so and see which is faster. Then buy what you are happiest with.
OPENB
Also look at the EAA Limited. Gorgeous gun. I'm left handed, and the right side lever is a little small & harder to reach, otherwise I'd have one.

HCH
I'd recommend a Para or RIA. Then take the $1000 or so you saved and load ammo and do any work to the pistol you may want to do.
