BritinUSA Posted June 16, 2005 Share Posted June 16, 2005 I went to see Mr. & Mrs. Smith this afternoon, the benefit of taking a weeks vacation. I was somewhat dubious about the movie - what can I say ? I was bored. The movie is actually quite good. The dialogue is great and it's the script that really pulls it together. Lots of gun play, red dot sights, silenced .45's and a cool chase scene. Favourite scenes: Angelina in a skin tight black rubber S&M outfit (worth the price of admission alone) The 'dinner' scene A nicely choreographed wife-beating scene Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bad gun wrangling, bad tactics, bad outfits (Who selected Angelinas lingerie? They should be shot.) except for the dominatrix outfit. As for the fight scene, let me get this straight: two trained assassins go hand-to-hand hard, until they realize they love each other and then have hot sex. Excuse me. I've been trained. I've been in fights. If I'd taken some of the hits that Brad took, I'd be in no shape to go for a roll in the hay with the temptaiton of both Angelina and her naughty twin, even if they paraded naked after force-feeding me Viagra. Even if Brad is a short guy (let's say 5'7" and 165) Angie would need EMS help after some of the shots he gave her. As a popcorn-throwing hootfest, it was fun.
