JMPhotog
I have been shooting 124gr Bayou and started testing 147gr Bayou's for IDPA. I use Bullseye and have plenty on hand, so I was looking for a load and couldn't find any in any of my manuals or on Reliants site. I load the 124's to 4.2gr and the 147's to 3.2 gr, so I could guess somewhere in between, but would love to hear some loads that people may have used. Testing these 135's for IDPA. I love the 124's, fast and very accurate in my 1911 with a 10# recoil spring, minimal muzzle flip. The 147's are awesome too, with a slower push and a little less flip and I run a 9# recoil spring. The 147's are, I feel a little slow sometimes, so I was hoping maybe the 135's would strike a balance between the 124's and 147's. Thanks
AzShooter
Here's what I found with 135 Bayou Bullets. 135 Bayou 3.5 N320 1.55 935 126 989 134 984 133 972 131 967 131 962 130 967 131 957 129 964 130 966 Ave 14 Stan Dev 54 EXSpred 276.1 Very good groups, good SD but ES was not the best. I stuck with this load for a long time but have recently swithed to 147 grainers with N320 @ 3.3 grains. Better groups and less recoil.

BlaineD
Not Bayou, but I shoot a 135gr coated SNS over 3.7gr of Bullseye. Get 960fps with my 3.8" barrel.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
dogtired
I have not shot 135's but the above load is about where I would guess.
