greyling
Is it possible to convert an sp01 tactical (with the decocker) to single action only? New trigger, hammer, sear, safety? If not, how about a 75omega to SAO? I want/need a suppressor host, and I'd love a cz pattern gun. With a good trigger.
kneelingatlas
The trouble with converting a decocker to SAO is you then have no safety.
NoKimberDave
You'd want to use a regular SP01 or a regular CZ75B.
greyling
Thanks guys. I was afraid of that. Cz is offering 2 suppressor ready guns, and it looks like neither can be converted. What rotten luck.
greyling
Ok, follow up question, if I bought an sp01 that was a decocker version (that had the tall sights and threaded barrel) AND an sp01 with a manual safety, could the top ends be swapped? Or are the slides and frames mated?
jrswanson1
My newer P07 switches pretty easily between decocker and safety. You can get factory threaded barrels and suppressor sights for it, too. Looks like CGW may be offering a SAO trigger for it soon.
