Winter and small primer 45 acp brass.

Living in Montana has its benefits, but no competitions until April in my neck of the woods. So that is driving me nuts.

And who in the name of all that is holy decided that small primers were at all acceptable for 45 acp brass? If I ever find out, I'm gonna beat that person with my SDB. So much for cranking out reloads when I have to check every damned piece of brass for primer size - and I have buckets of 45 to reload. Grr.

Winter I can stand, but I totally want in on finding the person responsible for small primers in 45's.

Small primer is the best you don't have to worry about jamming up your machine because LPs go right thru and it saves you extra steps on changing calibers also it's cheaper to buy I have had no issues with pf or muzzle velocity so I ask you what's the real down side other then it sucks when you reload lp!

Another advantage is that you only have to have one primer size - at least if you do 9mm, .45 and .223. I use one primer for all three, Tula KVB-556.
