reversible:

To change the mag release you must remove the screw holding the trigger bar lifter spring, this screw may or may not be staked and can be very difficult to remove, so use a screwdriver with a tight fit and maintain constant downward pressure while turning.

Follow up question to this part...

Once the screw has been removed how do you get it to stay back in?? Mine is constantly working itself loose and causing the trigger to go dead. It's an easy fix, just tighten it up again but it's super irritating during practice (thankfully this issue is just on my practice gun)

Blue Loctite after cleaning threads thoroughly.

I bridged blue loctite from the head of the screw to the frame. I was afraid of stripping or breaking off the head of that screw and messing up my frame.
