bzt
I just got my order from springer precision base pads. 4 for 17 rnd mec-gars. Went on easy. 3 for 18 rnd CZ mags that came with the pistol. I can not get these on. And if I do, it is really really hard to get them off. Any help?
magpulled
1000 grit sandpaper. Hit the edges of the mag with a little oil and they slip right on. Atleast for me. Just need to get rid of the sharp edges.
bzt
Well. I had to take a very thin file to the base pads. It wasn't just a little tight. They were impossible to get on. I didn't want to mess with the mags incase I end up not liking the SP base pads. I was worried about being able to get them off in the field. Thanks for the reply. longbeard
I had the same issue with my MG and the base pads.
jrn1975
I had the same type of problem with the factor CZ mags and SP basepads. The problem was bottom of the mags being a bit out of spec. I squeezed the bottom of the mag in just a hair and it solved all of my problems. Easy on and easy off now.
