Seamastersw
What is your most accurate 9mm 124 grain load for plated bullets? I have a few thousand X-treme bullets and a few pounds of Power Pistol, Bullseye, HP-38, and Titegroup, I've been going with 5.5 grains of Power Pistol at 1.135" OAL but would like to try something new. Any advice is appreciated, Thanks
dave33
3.8gr of titegroup under a 124gr Xtreme HP makes low 130's PF out of my XDM 5.25, and pretty small groups on paper.

beretta391
Consider the upper end of Hodgdons load data for HP-38. Accurate for me thru a 5" M&P and 2- 5" 1911's with extreme 124 FP 9mm bullets.

Seamastersw
Thanks for the replies so far guys. Does anyone have any favorite loads for this bullet with the HP-38 / 231 powder?
himurax13
You can use approximately 4.0 grains of Titegroup, Win 231/HP38, N320, Clays Univeral, and 700x at that OAL with that bullet and the velocities will be similar. Of course it is best to use a chrono to work up your loads and go light on the crimp with plated rounds.
