Jay870
I built my beavertail out a ways using epoxy. I've had good luck with this on Glocks, but I somehow suspect the steel frame is going to be less forgiving. If /when this snaps off is this something I could have welded up? TonytheTiger
I have to ask, what does the extra length do?
Toolguy
It can be tig welded easy enough, but seems like it would get in the way when you draw.
Jay870
Prevent hammer bite if I miss my grip a little. I don't have huge hands but apparently the web at the base of my thumb is like a ducks foot or something because I can get hammer / slide bite from guns no one else has problems with. PatJones
Wouldn't a spurless hammer be an easier way to go?
Jay870
Wouldn't a spurless hammer be an easier way to go? You're right. I'll see how my $5 solution holds up before I drop $90 on the SA concealed hammer, but overall that would probably be cheaper and easier than getting it welded & shaped. Jay870
I think you need to try Tanfo Limited Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Handled one shortly after I got my TS. Nice gun, might have made a different choice if I'd compared them beforehand. But... love the TS and solved this issue by cutting the loop off the hammer.
