Czman
After doing a small chamfer on the steel guide rod (one thru CZ Warranty, another thru LGS) both my CM's are in fantastic shape. I posted a pic and details on my previous post. The chamfer took out a little play between guide rod / barrel / frame and for some reason has unexpectedly helped with the accuracy too. Or perhaps just me feeling more confident and shooting better. Took them both to the range - the first set up in Limited - trimmed height black front sight with LPA rear adjustable. Second is set up in Open config. It was quite a relief and satisfying to see very tight groups (jagged hole or just one big hole) from both guns with a variety of ammo at 15 yards. This was my first Open config range trip and I loved it. I used some Hornady Critical 135 gr +P and Federal 115 gr +P+ - both shot really flat! Time to start thinking about home brews for 9 mm major. Any recommendations with N320 or BE - without reaming barrel? I may ream if necessary.
kitestir
You probably won't find any loads with n320 or bullseye for 9major. They are fast burning powders and are not really used in major nine.

tyler2you
HS-6, Longshot, 3N37, WAC, and True Blue are good choices for 9mm Major loads. I also have a note in my load book for N350 (6.8 grains under a 124 grain Zero JHP at 1.15" for 1368 fps from a 5.1" barrel). Czman
Thanks all!!! Any pointers for reaming barrel? If I am reaming, might as well do both my CM's and both my TS. Any tips or things to watch for? My LGS is very accomplished but not sure if something CZ specific to look for. Do I provide a bullet and a new desired OAL to LGS? CZ85Combat
what I did was, took a PD 124 JHP & made up a dummy round @ 1.160 reamed the barrel slowly....slowly when the dummy round would drop out of the barrel I stopped. You only need to add about 0.050 to the throat . Edited August 31, 2015 by CZ85Combat
kitestir
I am running MG 115 gr cmj with win autocomp and really like it. I also have shot silhouette and hs-6 and like them as well. Silhouette seems to be the flattest.
BeerBaron
N320 won't give you a suitable major load. You want a slow burning powder to get the comp working. N350 is a good choice for a cm as is autocomp. Start with a 115 or 124gn pill and perhaps look at some of those loads above for inspiration.
