reptoid
Dueck Defense sells a front Red fiber optic post that works very well. They also sel Tijicon front/rear https://www.dueckdefense.com/store/ Have only used it in the Dueck front offset sight so can't comment on other fitments. alma
I put one of these on some cheap 45 degree offsets. Seemed to do the job. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001AQRUCO/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1433285409&sr=8-3π=AC_SY200_QL40&keywords=Ar15+fiber+front+sight&dpPl=1&dpID=31i%2BXrqOTvL&ref=plSrch? ShortBus
http://www.surefire.com/tactical-equipment/rapid-transition-sights.html Crazy exapensive and there 45* but you might could just buy the Unser for the front if they sell them and there not different from the others. CJW
HiViz makes an A2 front sight replacement with FO. I have used that and like it; the only downside is that since the FO has to face fore/aft, you must adjust elevation in two-click increments, so you halve your granularity.
