pointblanktx
When you guys are loading 9mm Major and it is grouping well and making major, how much extreme spread and standard deviation is considered acceptable when using mixed headstamp/range brass? Steve RA
I think most people go for power factor first and group size second, then worry about the statistics.
A63111
Need to have power factor of course. SD under 10 is what I like to see. Almost any load will grou if you have these 2 right.
jcc7x7
Sad under 10 means a very consistent load that will chrono the same all over the place I run 172 Never been off by more than a point with my open gun
dauntedfuture
unless you are shooting IPSC in Europe that is, they have a SD and or ES requirement for ammo.

pointblanktx
Ok, the load groups well and makes major power factor. I guess loading for precision rifle all these years I have a habit of paying attention to the ES-SD. So I will just pay attention to the PF and group size.
