bayougump Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 Well the rumor is that when Santa squeezes his fat behind down my chimney this year he is coming with a Tanfoglio 1911 to add to my collection. Does anyone have any experiences with these particular pistols? If so what mags are you using? I am one of the few people in this world who DOESN'T nor ever has owned a 1911 so a total noob to this. But you have to admit that their current guns are pretty sweet. My $600 Match shoots circles around my Colt (pre-Gold Cup made about 1957 or so, I'm told) National Match 1911 and the Tanfo has more rounds downrange than the Colt.
