BrianH
Tommy Roupe's work is a little less agressive, not real sharp, and he contours things very nice.

Nemo
This one's a lot easier and less expensive: TRUGRIP by Eric Wesselman
warpspeed
I'll second Nelson on this one. Before you go and have one retextured, try the Trugrip from Eric. I have a beautiful, and I mean B E A utiful grip from APS that I love. (Painted blue BTW) I've also got a homemade grip retexture that is fantastic. You can see a picture of it In this thread. I've also got a semi-contured grip with the Trugrip tape. I had the others before Eric put out his wonderful product. Unless you are looking for a painted grip or just don't like the sandpaper feel, I think that for the $, Trugrip is the best place to start. And if you don't like it, you have not done any thing that can't be reversed in a matter of seconds and still send the beast off to be melted to your taste.
