Dr.J
I have a good supply of 700X due to my using it to load shotgun shells and was wondering if it is suitable for loading behind cast bullets (185 and 200 gr.)? I'm looking for a mild to moderate target load to use in my 625. I'd appreciate your comments. Thanks, Dr.J
kneelingatlas
I've never shot .45 with 700X but my 40/9 data is almost identical between 700X and Clays; with 4.6gr of Clays under a 185gr bullet I got 175PF.

redial
It's a popular powder for "wadcutter" loads in Bullseye pistols with cast bullets. Mark
