JPG
How many uses are you getting from your Starline 38 super comp brass? I'm relatively new to the caliber - for me, it seems to get "bulge-y" after 2 or 3 uses. Load: 124 MG JHP, 9gr HS6
StraightUp_OG
I shoot it 'till I lose it or it cracks.
56hawk
When the headstamp gets hard to read I sort it out for practice only. Otherwise as StraightUp_OG said.
Shadyscott999
Yep. Shoot it until it splits or gets lost. I have some you can barely read the head stamp. probably been loaded 20+ times.
Bob DuBois
Try a Lee first stage sizing die. Some of my super is old and it will drop in a Dillon check gauge. Lee's sizing die will size closer to the extractor groove and a little tighter than other brands. Tried the U die but in super it was to tight. I also like Lee's seating die and use a flat insert this keep OAL with in ,003. dillon crimp die as I don't care for Lee's FCD. Lube cases when you load. Pat Miles
Shoot the brass until there is no resistance when seating the primer. Shoot it that last time and toss it. No resistance means a loose primer pocket. A loose primer pocket means erosion of the breachface of the slide. Not a good thing. Pat
