Browsing armslist, I found a brass seller in Aniston, Alabama selling once fire range brass, 3k for 105 shipped. I figured with all the help I have received on these boards I would post my hot links to return the favor.

Add now says $40 for 1000. No mention of shipping costs. This is uncleaned!

the range dosent allow the use of outside ammo.....that sucks to shoot there

The range I took my concealed pistol class at didn't either...guess how many times I've been back since? Sucks too cause it's a nice indoor range and like 3 miles from my house.

Larry - the ad says $40/K, but I contacted him and he is shipping for $35/K.

He has other Calibers. Add says 40 for 1k but I emailed him directly and asked him for bulk pricing. I have the paypal invoice for 105 shipped to my door.

I will happily pay less for unclean brass as it takes no effort to put it in my tumbler for a few hours. I should have it sometime this week and will let you know the quality.

My advise: Become an RO at your range and then collect all left behind brass = free brass.

You can get some buckets at any 'dollar store' to keep brass. Amazon.com sells brass sorters to help to sort .45/.40/9mm brass too:

I don't mind being a range chicken at all, plucking at the feed on the ground. I pick up my brass at every match I go to but we still need the brass to start with and the possibility of picking up 3 thousand pieces of brass at the range is slim in the timeline I shoot them out.
