Back up gun: AccuShadow to Shadow target

If I am shooting AccuShadow, can I use shadow target as the back up gun if something breaks down?

Assuming you're shooting production. Is it on the list above?

The use of any back up gun is at the desecration of the RM. Usually as long as it is not an advantage in performance and/or exact model then usually it's ok.

If shooting production it both must be on the list. Other divisions I would not see it being an issue

5.1.7.1 says it has to meet the requirements of the division, and 5.1.7.2 says it can't give you a competitive advantage.

RM has final say but there should be no problem with this.

lol, that explains alot. The RM must have desecrated my back-up gun at nationals, which is why the rear sight came loose on the first stage I used it.
