jacketjoed
Been trying to find a good stock pack that has a pouch on the support side and has range card holders. Anyone know of something like that?
Religious Shooter
I'm assuming that you want to hold the range cards externally... I don't know of any that is specifically made to hold a range card. But there are a couple that have Velcro on the side that you can attach something to.There's the Triad Tactical configurable pack:http://www.triadtactical.com/Triad-Modular-Stock-Pack.html And one that I just ordered, the PIG stock pack: http://www.skdtac.com/PIG-Rifle-Stock-Pack-p/pig.669.htm

Ya I saw one somewhere that the cheek piece lifted up and had a range card holder under it, but havent been able to find out who makes it. I like the look of the PIG, have you used them before? Graham Smith
Tac Ops makes one of the best designed stock packs, and it does have a pouch, but you want something different. I have seen such a critter but it was made for the AICS stock and wouldn't work for you. TAB gear makes a card holder that attaches to the sling. But the best idea I have seen is something that straps to the forearm: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9Ajd6slZmw
jacketjoed
Ya I have a wrist card holder that i picked up for use in a match but was hoping for something that could stay with the rifle and be readily available and be a little more durable then tape. Graham Smith
The simplest solution I know of is to make your own. You can create your own small data card(s) with drop and windage information and laminate it. Punch a small hole in the corner and attach it to almost anything (including you) with a small S clip or tie. You can write on it with a fine point sharpie and to erase it just use a dry erase marker to scribble on it then that plus the sharpie ink wipe right off. Another trick is to write the dope on a small piece of paper taped to your scope cap so that you can see it when it's open. It's been bugging me that I can't find the one stock pack I saw before so I exercised my Google-Fu and found this: http://www.usmilitarysurplus.com/surpluscatalog/product_info.php?cPath=174_155&products_id=1547 I don't think that SpecOps makes them anymore and don't know anything about the quality, but... K12
Try looking at a new product I picked up over Christmas at Cabelas. It has an integrated range card window on the weak side and a six round holder on the other. It comes with a neoprene scope cover that I tossed but the cheek pad was good to go. It's called a "Long Range Cheek Pad with Ballistic Pocket and Scope Cover".
