In the US, they'd pay the organizing body for the match - for USPSA Nationals, that's USPSA. USPSA then has a contract with the venue and with whomever is match director, etc. For the World Shoot, it's likely that all slot payments go to IPSC, and they've contracted w/ Frank in similar fashion. I'm just repeating what is posted on the Global Village, that IPSC has not received the form or payment from USA. I've emailed Kim at USPSA to make sure that she is aware of what is posted at the GV. Really nice kid, very focused and probably his own biggest critic. The squad also contained his father and both grandfathers. Very nice family.
