texasag93
KK's aren't all that...there is a locally owned bakery that makes the best donuts. And they are cheaper the KK's. TL, you can never get enough Blue Bell ice cream. Better than donuts. TXAG

dajarrel
I really like KK donuts and I really like a good cup of coffee, But when you put the two together....there isn't much of a taste treat that I like better. dj
jhgtyre
Yup - No 2 on the "what I miss about civilization" list is hot, fresh, Krispy Kreme's! It may even have to go to No. 1, cause I can get Starbucks after an hour drive, but no KK's anywhere within 300 miles (that I've found yet!) You have to drive into Memphis to find them but there are some Krispy Kreme stores a little closer than 300 miles. -ld Memphis 125 South Main Street Memphis, TN 38103 USA Phone: 901-522-8989 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Memphis 4244 Elvis Presley Blvd. Memphis, TN 38116-6437 US Phone: 901-332-0620 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Memphis 6255 Winchester Rd. rhino
Terre Haute, IN has a couple of places called "Square Donuts." They are legendary in the area. They have a drive-through window now. It taunts me when I drive past it.
Chris Rhines
Krispy Kreme? Feh. You want good donuts, you go to the Fractured Prune in Ocean City. Those are some serious donuts. - Chris
rhino
Between my first two years of college, a visited a buddy whose family lived near the Ohio River during the Madison (IN) Regatta. On Sunday morning when we went upstairs, his mom was frying donuts for us in a skillet. Those were some good donuts.
Eye Cutter
the cruellers and donuts freshly baked and served in those little Vietnamese bakeries in Little Saigon in Orange County are also super delicious!
