shawnba67
I did a quick search but didnt get the result I was looking for. I have an old red follower frt spacer mag in 9mm Ive been using as a barney mag, since it does that reliably! I ordered a 10mm conversion kit from gbroker, can i dremel out that spacer and easily enough modify the feed lips to use this junk 9mm mag for the 10mm. If it matters i also have a grams spring follower kit I ordered in error laying around hand. Any one ever try this is it worth it for the $30???? THANKS GUYS,
CHA-LEE
Don't waste your time. Even if you could adjust the feed lips to the proper width the "Old Style" magazines absolutely suck from a feeding reliability perspective, especially in 10mm. Suck it up and get the new style 10mm magazines that actually work.

Nealio
I tried to convert an old 10mm mag to .45 because the problem with feeding on the old mags is the taper isn't aggressive enough. I thought maybe going down a caliber would help. Nope. Still sucks. Save your time and money. Edited July 10, 2013 by Nealio
