1100 Malfunction

I am experiencing some issues with my 1100. After firing, the bolt comes back and stays locked open. It doesn't come quite far enough back to let the next shell out of the mag tube. I have replaced the o-ring and the gas ports are clear. Any ideas? Thanks.

Replace the mag spring.

My 11-87 will do that if there isn't enough oil in the action.

Replace the mag spring as the shell coming from the mag unlocks the bolt to chamber the next round.

Check your interrupter latch. If it's bad it could allow the shell to go deeper in the magazine under recoil and then be stopped by the feed latch, which keeps it in the magazine.

When you cycle the action by hand will the bolt come back far enough for a shell to be released from the magazine tube?

Did I write "interrupter"? You know I meant "interceptor" latch, right? :^)

Put the factory spring and mag cap on it and fixed it. Thanks!
