bierman
Link below to local news story. Synopsis: Shooter at this indoor range fired a tracer, which ignited the berm material. 4 alarm fire and the place is now a total loss. http://www.wfaa.com/news/local/dallas/Three-alarm-fire-engulfs-Dallas-gun-range-192889931.html I never shot there, but it still sucks for them and their customers. Steve RA
Police did not cite the shooter, said it was/is a civil matter. Really a total loss, even the back walls fell down.

Carlos
Something like this burned down Shooters Paradise in Woodbridge, Virginia. It really sucked. Yes it did & still does. That range was once owned by Phil Strader & was home to USPSA club VA-19. It also hosted an affiliated IDPA and ICORE club, plus hosted 2 and 3gun shoots and accomodated a local boy scout troop. Countless Virginia CCW permits were granted after folks took classes at Shooters. There was a 12- week USPSA beginner's class there run by a former section coordinator. Many LEOs from a dozen or so agencies practiced or qualified there. Not to mention, it gainfully employed a lot of people. Never knew how much I appreciated that place until it was gone.
