My friend's G35 w/ a Zev trigger and oem barrel also does that. W/ oem trigger, the pin lasts. I dunno if and how the trigger affects impact of the locking block on the pin. Hope somebody here could shed light?

An aftermarket Barrel that is not flitted up properly to the locking block and slide will cause excessive stress to the locking block pin as well as the trigger pin.

this will cause the pins to bend or just shear in half.

A well shot Glock might also have too much play in the Barrel, Slide, Locking block set up and cause the same problems of broken pins.

If you bought the pins from us, call and we'll try to find the problem and then work on a fix.
