Forgetful
Are keeping the same barrel? Have you considered a 17 slide if you can't get a 34? Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk

a.roberts
So you want a 34 slide to put on a 17 frame for Production?
Craig N
I got mine from a guy who swapped slides. You might ask around one of the "tactical" sites and see what you can find in someone's parts box.
kevin c
Does it have to be a stock slide? yes, to stay in production division my kid got a hold of my 34 - he shoots a 17, was looking to upgrade him. Technically against the Division rules. A search will show several threads on this. Here's the latest: http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=162700 Even though it is the same caliber, swapping the shorter for the longer slide is changing the 17 into a 34, and that isn't allowed. Yes, the frames are going to be identical if you swap out the trigger group and slide release, and yes, you can put the small parts of one into the other without running afoul of the rules, but a caliber or model switch isn't supposed to happen.
