Fisharner
I've started training physically for matches and am working on other parts of my shooting, however I read somewhere that you can only get as good as you can aquire targets with your eyes. I'm thinking that I should start excercising my eyes to get them to move quicker...any thoughts and if so any suggested excersices? jnshapiro
There is an unanticipated benefit to doing eye exersizes. They improve your vision. I was getting to where I needed glasses for the computer and to read. Then I started shooting a LOT and doing eye exersizes. I don't need the glasses anymore. Loves2Shoot
Watch a fan spin Don't do this standing up though Try to pick a spot and stick with it (or put a paster on one of the blades.) Most ceiling fans rotate both ways.

mcginnes
I happened to catch a Yoga show while they were doing eye exercises, and followed along. Basically, they had you watch your thumb while making big circles with your arms. I guess that's the equivalent of the eye rolling exercise. I guess it was a good workout, my eye muscles hurt for a week Start slowly.
