StephensOutdoors
What are you all running for springs in your Para mags? I have some new Para mags that i put Dawson extensions on. The mags came with a 13 coil "tapered" type spring design where the coils at the top & bottom are tighter or smaller than the center. After I turned 2 of those springs into spaghetti while trying to get 19-20 rounds in a mag, I cut the other ones down till they worked, which is pretty close to 11 coils. I haven't tried the Wolff springs but the ISMI springs seem to work pretty but could use a little more power. Are there other options?

VinceU1
I'm running a P14 and run the Wolf +10% springs and they work well in the .45. I can get 17 rounds in the mag with Dawson base pads. They last about 18 months before I've gotta replace them.

ParaGunner
I've been using ISMI mag springs for years without any problems,no cutting coils required. If you're having trouble reaching advertised capacity with extensions then it could be your mag followers need a little radius. Dawson precision has a video about this on their website. Pat Miles
The ISMI springs are the best available. They will take a small initial set and stay at that length for a long time. Pat
