j28s
Any suggestions on a sight adjustment tool that works on removing/adjusting front and rear sights on the M&P 5" slides? I know there are a few tools out there that only work on the non-5" slides. Understand the Kaiser Uni-200L needs to be modified first. MGW318 slide tool??? Does it work on the 5" slide? What about the Ameriglo SWTOOL12? Anyone use it? B&J 500 is out of stock everywhere and understand it doesn't work too good.
strangedays
I have been using the B&J 500 and it works, have yet to get any sights that won't move with it. If you want to try it out send me a pm I am sure we could work something out.

coorsleftfield
Brass punch covered with tape and a hammer makes an excellent sight adjustment tool for my M&P 5" pro.. The sight moves easily.

Just make sure I understand clearly, you can remove (and adjust) the front and rear sights with the B&J 500 and it will work on the M&P Pro 5"? Thanks again Edited May 11, 2011 by j28s

I have done a Kimber Raptor and a Springfield 1911 so what did you have issues with?
Sarge
Have they changed something about the Pro rear sight? When I had one the rear sight set screw came loose and the sight moved freely in the dovetail.
