Ronnie j
Go to Rimfire central, I think the concensus is they can be made pretty good with very little work.
The Antichrome
The 'flip' is all they really need. post #52 here: http://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=174356&page=
photoracer
One of the guys (Rusty22) on RimfireCentral makes triggers for BMs, including flat and 2 angle ones with overtravel screws. Plenty of guys have done the polishing thing on hammer and sear but my Rimfire Open Buckmark ended up with a 1.8-2# trigger pull after only doing the Heggis flip on the sear spring. so I have never done any work inside it. Unlike Rugers where you almost have to spend money on VQ trigger parts to get them like you want. Rusty22 also makes a set of alloy grip plates that allow you to mount a set of 1911 grips on a Browning Buckmark. Bansheex
On my Bullseye model Buck Mark, I did nothing to it and it has a sweet trigger. On the two Camper models, I did the Heggis flip, and that made them very close to the other one.

bradhe
The flip works well. If you want a different configuration you will have to make it i think
