Case in point, the BMW 7 series that is parked in front of my store with the alarm going off. I can see having the alarm set on the car, but NOT when your 165 pound Rott. is locked in the back seat. Tell me, who would be dumber, the owner of said car, or the person who would try to steal it with that dog in it. Now I have to listen to the car alarm, and the dog howl for 15 minuts.
