Darrell
Today I experimented with Autocomp and Montana Gold 124 JHP's. OAL was 1.165, Winchester Small Pistol Primer, Blazer Brass, Temp 50F. My gun is an 5" STI competitor with a Shueman AET and Bedell comp no popple holes for 9 major. I had been having problems with cases bulging to .400 if I got the power factor above 162 with 7625, well today Autocomp took care of that problem. No case bulge and was able to get powerfactor to 179. 6.6gr avg 1364 PF 169.1 6.8gr avg 1374 PF 170.4 Gp size 1.25" at 15yds 7.0gr avg 1422 PF 176.3 Gp size 1.25" at 15yds 7.2gr avg 1447 PF 179.7 Gp size 1.16" at 15 yds We also ran the 6.6gr load in an M&PL with storm lake ported barrel avg was 1380 PF 171.1 group with Delta point sight at 25yds benched was 2.75" Edited December 1, 2010 by Darrell
BMartens
Hey Darrell - What was the temperature? Primer? AutoComp looks to be very close to WSF without the temp sensitivity.

Had a similar problem with 7625 years ago. Changed to Silhouette and it has not been an issue.

PaulW
I accidently loadd my first batch of autocomp to 189pf. My 9mm cases looked better than most super/supercomp cases I see. Was glad to see that and yes I did download back to 168-169 pf.
