Just to be clear, the 15 minutes is for new topics, not posts. And yes, I bet it was always like that, in v.2.3, because we had Sphinx running there, and it rebuilds the search DB every 15 minutes. But pretty much all the time up until now, since we've been on v.3, we've been on Traditional search, so the above doesn't count. If we can live on Sphinx, overall - especailly for searches - we're WAY BETTER OFF. Like I posted somewhere else, with Traditional search, a search for "enos" retuned only 142 topics. The same search with Sphinx returned over 1000 topics! I'm going to lock this so relevant posts go in the VNC / Sphinx topic. be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
