Gary H.
I have tried up to 3.5gn of TG under 147gn MG..and pf varied from 121 to 128. Do I have a slow barrel in my m&p? I'be been running 3.3 TG and a 147g MG and getting right at 129 out of mine. Now, I tried some Zero 147 JHP with with 2.9 TG and ran at 116 and 3.1g TG and was right at 123. To be honest, I don't like the TG because of the sooty buildup. I'm going to work on loads for VV N320. Edited May 7, 2011 by Gary H.

slowhand23
4.0 solo 124gr cmj 1.130 oal FYI, I havent come close to making 125PF with 4.5 gr Solo (lot 1930) and a 124 jacketed bullet, so chrono carefully for those reading this. I had good luck with Solo 1000 (lot #1877) & 124g FMJ at 4.5 so I bought a 4 lb. jug (lot 1930), had to increase to 5.0 Sent a complaint email to Acurate Arms, response was powder was not recommended for 9mm beyond 3.5g 900~975 fps 124gr. Gave up on using this lot for 9mm.
sdm74
I shortened my oal to 1.107 with 3.5 TG and 147MG bullet. And now I can make a steady 130 pf. Im suprised how short I had to make it to achieve this pf compared to my XDM
Pro2AInPA
I loaded up a batch using 3.2gr of Solo 1000 under a 147gr Berry's Bullet at 1.135" OAL. I didn't have a chance to chrono it and there was a surprise chrono set up at a local match (I normally shoot open - was shooting production for fun). I chrono'd at 125.1 I'll be bumping it up to 3.4gr!!!
Wilkenstein
I'm a new reloader and just got back from the range. 3.5 gr solo 1k and 147gr berry's at 1.148. It only averaged about 124pf. Should I shorten the OAL or up the powder to acheive ~135pf?
