Light-Handicap Target vs. Super-Handicap Heavy-target, whats the diff?

I went to the local Sportsman Warehouse to stock up on shells for RM3G. Long story short, Whats the difference? and I'll be either shooting my FNH SLP or the Benelli M2 26"

You are correct, So did I screw up in buying the light-handicap because its lighter?

If you miss with the 1 oz load you will miss with the 1 1/8 oz. Forget about the shot and just go shoot the targets. I shoot 1 oz loads from the 27 yard line in trap and it is plenty.

The only thing I have seen in regards to this that some light loads are also light on powder which may keep your semi-auto from cycling. Not sure if this plays into this or not.

1oz has given me intermittent problems in my Benelli, 1 1/8oz runs perfectly.

The Light Handicap contains 1 oz. of shot at 1290 FPS. The Super Handicap Heavy contains 1 1/8 oz. of shot at 1250 FPS. As long as your Benelli will run with 1 oz. loads, either should work on steel targets at typical 3gun steel target distances.
