lneel
Instead of: Front Sight: Green Tritium dot, .110 wide Rear Sight: Novak® Green Tritium dot For a competition gun I would get a fiber optic front sight and the rear Infinity ATZ with fiber optic in it....green appearantly. Other than that, looks great! Lee
Jim Watson
Grip Material: Carbon Steel - 4140 What will that make it weigh? IDPA ESP maximum is 43 oz.
lneel
SV can make it weight just under 43 oz...

Will have to change that also.
RangerTrace
It should be well under 43oz with the aluminum mag well and mainspring housing. Mine are steel and the pistol weighs 41 oz. Edited April 3, 2010 by SV-COP
jmorris
I would change a few things but if you want something that everyone else gets why go custom.
CocoBolo
Caz - Since you are shooting IDPA and maybe steel think about getting a 9 mm barrel and breach face + extractor. I have one that is 40 and 9 mm and I mostly shoot it in 9 mm. (but mine don't do IDPA its got bull barrels). In a 40 limited gun lots of folks add weight, like a tungsten guide rod. My HPF Edge is heavy maybe thats what makes it so good. I have the Ultimatch barrels and it is an absolute tack driver, got to move it a bit or risk a double, a problem I don't have with my open guns.
