  1. Any pics of what the artwork looks like for the shirts yet.
  2. Does anyone have the contact info on the company that sells the shirts and hats at the SSN Thanks
  3. will the matchbooks be mailed to us? Can u put out a squad list to see who we are shooting with?
  4. Are stage drawings posted anywhere and what is the round count
  5. Has anybody bought one of these or shot one? I was thinking of ordering one if I can get some feed back on them. No one has any around here so I would have to order one sight unseen. Do they come with steel slides or aluminum. Or would I be better off going the way of the STI or Tactical solutions conversion route. Thanks
  6. Anyone know the vendor that always does the shirts for the SSC and have his contact info. I figure if I can't get in next year i can still maybe buy a couple of shirts.
  7. They screwed up a great match. I hope they take the nationals somewhere else and bring back the SSC
  8. I am disapointed in the fact that you now need a slot to shoot this match. I have shot this match for the last eight years. I got my new son in law interested in shooting, got him to join USPSA and had him join me each year shooting this match also. I wish they would have kept the SSC seperate from the nationals. A tradition shot to hell
  9. can the same mag catch be used in a 1911 and a 2011
  10. It was a hard match that was for sure, there is just one thing I can't figure out. On Friday it seems like the squading was all screwed up we had very large squads that seemed to really slow down the entire day. !! hours to shoot the match in that heat really took a toll on alot of shooters. Maybe there was a reason for it but the way I figured according to how many shooters you had for friday you could have had like 8 six man squads and 4 seven man squads that would have really moved things along instead of the 6 or 7 twelve man squads. When we were on stage 5 there was nobody on stage 6 or 7 or the chrono and the squad was just finishing up on stage 8. We were even hearing on the radio the different ro,s calling in that they need shooters on their stage. Then when we got to our last stage of the day it was already closed down people running the stage said they didn't have any shooters there for over 2 hours so they thought everyone was done. I know it takes a ton of work to put on a match like this and I appreciate all the people that worked so hard but I know I am not the only one that thought Friday could have been run alot faster.
  11. Is there a better PDF file to show and explain the stages for area 5 in more detail
  12. Scott Are you still confused about registration? If you are shooting Thursday/Friday; registration will be at the match hotel (Holiday Inn, Quincy, IL) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you are shooting Friday/Saturday; registration will be at PASA Park, from 8:30 AM a.m. to 11:30 AM. As we have done in the past for those who register at the match hotel on the date and time designated, there will be gift given. If you cannot make it to the designated registration time, you may pick up your packet on the day you shoot at Smith & Wesson Hall, but there will be no gift given. You also cannot have someone else pick up your gift, since a waiver for the match must be signed and these must be done in person and witnessed. If you shoot Thur/ Fri then you are suppose to register at the match hotel hence you get your goodies but if you shoot Fri/Sat you are not suppose to register at the match hotel. Fri/ Sat shooters are suppose to register at the range only hence where they get their goodies.
  13. Thats what I thought cause thats the way we did it last year. Thanks for the clairafication
  14. What page did you see that on cause all I saw was # Registration for Thursday/Friday AM will be at the match hotel, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. # Registration for Friday PM/Saturday will be at PASA in Smith & Wesson Hall from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. That would mean that half the shooters for the match would not be entitled to the sponsor gifts. meaning if you are scheduled to shoot Friday afternoon and all day Saturday you have to show up in Quincy on Wednesday and register between 4pm and 7pm then stay over two nights just to get the gift before you even fire a shot. And I don't think paying for two nights in a hotel room is worth it for the stuff. That just does not sound correct or fair if that is the case.
  15. For those that are shooting Fri afternoon and all day saturday are suppose to register at the range correct. And we still get a goodie bag right?
  16. I saw that there is a gun show in Wheaton Illinois 1-3-2010 and I wanted to know if anyone has attended one of these shows and what they thought of it.
  17. Does anyone know anything about the gsg 1911 22 caliber pistol offered by American Tactical. For a 1911 22 caliber pistol for under 400.00 sounds like a good buy if they work.
  18. I read that because of a lawsuit against this company they will not be allowed to make the rifle anymore. So I see one company on the internet is already selling one for 1999.00 far above the regular price of around 500.00. Does anyone think this gun is really gonna be a collectors item and go up in price this much.

  20. Is there any current info or videos out there that are covering the nationals out in Vegas?
  21. Anybody who shot the match today and can post the conditions and how their day went would be great
  22. Frank Never been out to your range so I was wondering what kind of surface does your range have (grass, gravel, sand ect. ect ) and what kind of condition are they in with all the rain? Thanks Tom
  23. I have an old 2011 sti grip laying around and I figured I was going to try and texture it like a Roupe grip . So is it better to use a sodering iron or a dremel to put the groves in?
