It's a moot point now as I just realized they are sold out

Can I pin and weld a Taccom ULW 9mm Short Muzzle Brake on a 14.5" barrel and be legal?

 

The short brake is 1.625” + 14.5" = 16.125" ?

 

On Taccom website it just says the longer brake will make it legal.

someone posted that Vihtavuori released a new reloading data yesterday - it did not list 3n38 on the 38 super - is 3n37 superior - I guess it is faster burning?

What bullets is a well choice for Gold Team v12 38 Super?

 

Montana Gold Bullets for 38 super is listed as .357 Diameter

 

Other companies show .356 Diameter for 38 super

 

Hornady has .356 Diameter HAP Bullets but it is listed as 9mm

 

I am looking at the JHP and don't see 115gr - 125gr is the next choice with v 3n38

 

what oal does one get from this barrel

#2 is Bolt dependent - some bolts don't have the option to remove weight

I think the CGW is a little longer at 2.490"

and the CZC is 2.475"

I bought this Czechmate Barrel from CZ-USA a few months ago - Does the barrel lower lugs need fitting where the slide stop goes through like 1911 so slide stop won't break?
