I wanted something semi custom. I picked a few things out I wanted done right away and somethings I’ll be able to upgrade later after the season. I upgraded the grip, fire controls, and exctractor. I’m excited to get it and from what I’ve read ck arms builds a nice gun.
I ordered one on Tuesday and they shipped it yesterday. Did a few upgrades to it and should have it when I get home Tuesday. Really looking forward to getting it.
I’d give Lok grips in Michigan a call. Great grips with lots of options. I called, he took the info I gave him and he sent out my grips the following morning. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the invictus since I started quad loading with Els clips and I don’t see changing anytime soon. The shells stay in the clips when running and yet are easy to pull when I need them.
Thank you Trent. I had a 2011 and had some problems with it. I got a little panicked and with the season coming soon I sold it. Now looking to go back to that platform. I’ve been reading in the forums a bunch and doing my research. I know I can’t afford an infinity or atlas. I’m on a budget so before I end buying something I wanted to get as much information as possible. The ck Solution seems to be the route I’m going to go. I just wanted to see if there are guys in here that have way more experience than do, what their experiences were with the Solution or the Thunder.
thank you for the info. Does anyone have information on the ck arms thunder that oak hill guns is selling. Is it a solution with upgrades or is this a different gun
I’m looking to go back to a 2011 platform from cz and was looking at the “Solution” from Ck Arms. Anyone have any experience with the pistol. Thank you
I just made the switch from a 2011 to the shadow 2. I liked my 2011 but I had hiccups at 2 seperate matches. I decide to sell it and after a bunch of research I bought a new shadow 2. I also got the shadow 2 kit with the bushing from Cajun gun works and installed it. I went from a 3.8 SA trigger pull down to a 2.6 with the 11.5 hammer spring. I shot 300 ends today with a 11lb recoil spring and my second shots are just as quick as my 2011 was. Love the feel of the grip and while weight is heavier when shooting it I didn’t notice it. As it stands now I’m glad I made the switch. I didn’t have problem with it today either.
One thing I have come to realize is when guys get a shadow 2 or tso they rarely get rid of them. I’ve been looking all over for one and can’t find any.
the one I'm looking at has a bunch of upgrades done as in fo front sights, adjustable rear, recoil and mainsprings, new aluminum grips, trigger and hammer. I wont be able to test fire it as its an online sale. I do have a bunch of pictures and it looks clean. Id love to have a TSO in 9mm but they are hard to come by and even harder to trade for.
I am considering a tactical sport 9mm solely for 3 gun. I have never shot a cz let alone owned one. I have been spending quite a bit of time in this forum browsing and and intrigued with cz. Is there anything I’d have to do to it right away? Is there any negatives to this model or pros of another one for 3 gun? Thank you in advance.
