Thanks for the welcome y'all! I'm not reloading yet myself, but currently I buy all the material to reload and my dad does it all. He says he enjoys it! Yes I've heard of the Gator and I'm sure it'll be on my todo list before long. See y'all at the range ?

I found a guy named james stehlin who makes grips and I ordered a set of the razor cut g10's for my 1911. They are extremely grippy and I feel like they could actually cut me (not really). But they are like glue to my palms! (I would post a pic but not sure how) JS Gun Grips

Names Nick B and I've been shooting for less than a year and competing for about 2 months. My dad got me into the sport recently, but I wish I would have started 8 years ago when he did (and my knees were better). Anyway, I've already competed in 6 matches, 2 shooting limited 10 with my 45acp 1911, and 4 with my newly acquired limcat. I absolutely love the sport and the camaraderie and pretty soon I'll have to change my nickname from nickbfishn to nickbshootn. Hope to learn a lot from this forum!

Jason, I'm in Mobile too! Are you a member of the vinegar bend club? I just joined last month and have shot 2 matches there already. Glad to see another mobilian here.
