  1. I'm excited! A major match somewhat close to me! Not a few hour drive. Hopefully I can get registered!!! I couldn't seem to find a match fee anywhere...could someone fill me in on the damages??
  2. Damn that's a sick ass rifle! My build should be almost as badass, but it won't have a razor HD! [emoji22]
  3. Ok. Those are two on my list, along with AR Gold
  4. Haha I don't want a free one, just looking for advice from as many people that are willing to give it
  5. What kind of trigger PE? Are you a trigger man? PM if you are, I need some guidance on a trigger
  6. Hey that's awesome Mike41! Cool dad! I can't wait to give my boy his first rifle for 3 Gun (hopefully)
  7. I agree, there are a lot of heavier things you can cut weight with besides the upper/lower. However me and my buddy just ordered a handful of Mag Tactical lowers, when I get my hands on them I'll relay my review. I will also add that the reason we decided to try these lowers out is because we got them dirt cheap.
  8. As long as you shooting at a long range in an open field. Gotta be tough to use in the woods
  9. Well keep me posted! I'm also in the market for a trigger on my new competition gun I'm building. Not sure where to go, always only had mil spec triggers
  10. Thinking about trying this trigger out, anyone ever use it? I've read a lot of people seem to like their more expensive trigger, but was looking to see if anyone has gambled on the $99 one they offer?
  11. Haha yup. Now the important part, finding a trigger and barrel
  12. Well I ended up getting a standard upper. Could pass up the deal.
  13. Interesting! I just started buying parts for my new dedicated 3 Gun rifle. Been looking at all kinds of barrels. This is definitely one I'm considering. I was shopping for an 18" for a longer gas system than my current carbine gas setup. But I'm not so sure it will be noticeable, my gun doesn't kick at all as it is.
  14. Kyle Lamb also said "Id feel naked without it, even though I never use it"
  15. There's a difference between being in combat and shooting a local three gun match. I'll risk forcing a round in when my life is on the line.
  16. It's a little weight, little money savings, and something I've never used, so why not get rid of it was my opinion. Plus, if I need to force my bolt to lock, something is possibly wrong, and it becomes a safety hazards to force it and keep firing
  17. Do you guys all run forward assists? I was considering building my dedicated 3G upper without one to save a little bit of weight? Any opinions?
  18. I'd be interested as well. Just picked up a new AR10
  19. I've used an accuwedge for quite a while and it makes the upper and lower supper tight. I can barely get the takedown pin in and out its so tight. If the slip bothers you, otherwise I'd save the money on the billet receivers and spend it elsewhere. If it's a competition rifle I'd spend that extra couple hundred on a LMBCG and adjustable gas block. I'd also buy a high end barrel
  20. I have regular ones and just tilt my rifle so the grip clears. But if I knew about the offset I would've went with them
