The "load" is inclusive of all components used in the shell. If you just used your favorite charge but changed the bullet it is no longer the same load. Going from jacketed or plated to BBIs likely made you exceed you previous velocity by a large margin. Titegroup is also a wicked hot (temperature) powder, shoot 15 rounds fast and hold your barrel, it is dramatically different temp then others. One nights round actually 2 hours. Was taking breaks and such gotta love dillon. These are 4.7gr titegroup 1.125 coal 155gr xtereme .400

I tried coated bullets (bbi) with horrible results loading was nice no shavings no issues. But shooting very smokey thick soot on gun even mouth of the gun around barrel thick black scared to try to clean the barrel lol. I have been told it was possibly because I was using titegroup at 4.7gr. But it's my favorite load.

Or just buy the gs swager. For the 650 it's been prove to work. And is fast.

Chances are very very slim. The main hole doesn't look to be the right diameter. And it wouldn't work with dillon located buttons. I'll actually take that back and say no It will not.

So I've been reloading a few months now. I love my new 650. Case feeder is something every reloader should have. However having trouble with seating. Currently I have ran 400ish rounds over a 2 night period. Noticed the issue after 200 of course seamed to walk off. From 1.125 which I set it at all the way to 1.131on the highest. Are these abnormal any tips or advice to get it tighter. Thinking of mabye stepping up to a redding pro seating die. Or mabye a tool head clamping kit. Or mabye I'm just crazy.

I love it! I have two small boys (4 and 3) who get into everything, so I built my gun room inside a locking cabinet. I keep all my reloading stuff and gun projects in there; when I go to bed, I can trust everything will be right where I left it when I come back to it Makes alot more sense now. Lol

My names Andrew. I got into reloading to save money and have a long term hobby so i stop switching hobbys every 2 months. Girlfriends dad had a lee pro 1000 he bought in 45acp it had sat for a year or more. And of course he sold his 45ACP in favor for a 40SW. So i bought everything needed to load 40 Brass,Powder,projetiles, And got going i hate the press but it does the job. Started off way over crimping rounds with a 3 die set. Backed the crimp off now where good to go. Had 200 Bullets, 100 155 grains flat top berrys. And 180g RS from midway. In my opion the 180 loaded better on the press itself. But of course are more expensive out of the 200 i have 162 loaded ready to go i went and shot appx 60-70 yesterday everything went fine no jams hang ups nothing all went smooth. now just need more bullets thinking i might buy a dillon before i load anymore. Is there no spell check in this fourum it seems to not be picking up like it does normally for me on firefox ?
