  1. So those that have done the rheostat upgrade to their RF100 primer filler, did you feel it was a worthwhile change?
  2. Recobs has Trailboss, CFE Pistol, CFE 223, Universal Clays, 700X, Auto Comp. WSF.
  3. Gunbot recently posted that Cabelas has Lil Gun and Universal Clays.
  4. PowderValley is showing CFE 223, and Lil Gun.
  5. 2morechains, that sounds like a good idea that will lead to "this is why we can't have nice things" that or this is why our dues keep going up.
  6. Thanks gng4life, I appreciate you posting that info.
  7. Grafs just posted CFE 223, and Longshot.
  8. Does anyone know if MGM warrantees their targets with rifle use? I see they state rifle use with their 3/8" AR500, but Action Target only recommends handgun on the same rated steel. I've been trying to decide on a new steel target too.
  9. Wideners is showing Auto Comp and Varget in stock. Precision Reloading has International Clays.
  10. I've been happy with results using Reloder 15, but plan on trying Varget, and Benchmark next.
  11. I apologize if I missed it, but at R Grizzle makes some nice holsters too: rgrizzleleather.com
  12. I really like Action Targets offerings, but you have to live nearby, as the shipping is brutal on heavy steel.
  13. What size diameter are others running for cast 9mm? I've been loading .358, which does require the brass to be worked harder, but have had no signs of leading in 4 guns that I have shot them from.
  14. Several online vendors posted new inventory today. Handgun powder seems to be slowly making its way back.
  15. Hello, I have a Dillon RL1050 (not Super), that I am trying to get an idea of value on. It doesn't have any caliber conversion with it and doesn't have a powder die, but appears to be a complete unit. It has a casefeeder with both small and large pistol rotors. The press is in good shape, well lubed, and no play in ram, and no cracks or damage to the casting. Thanks in advance!
  16. I usually only make 100 or 200. One of the unfortunate advantages/disadvantages of living in the Northeast without access to adequate indoor range--plenty of time to reload in Winter months.
  17. Widener's has Ramshot Competition in-stock: 12oz, 4#, and 8#.
  18. Gunbot.net is generally the most used website for getting notices on powder availability.
  19. I've been loading my own cast 9mm sized at .358". Bullet is a RNFN 125gr. from a Mihec MP Mold. Still working on testing powder levels, but so far they have functioned well in my S&W's (M&P fullsize, Shield, and 5906) without any leading.
  20. I've only used Unique and W231, picked up a few new-to-me powders here and there over the past year so have a lot of testing to do: Bullseye, Competition, AA#5, and HP-38 (which I know is the equivalent of W231).
  21. I had good luck with 6.0grs. of Unique with the 230gr. Berry's Plated RN with my 1911. Just impossible to find Unique if you don't already have some.
  22. Been using Reloder 15 with pretty good luck in my Remington 700 with 180gr. Nosler Ballistic tips. Will be trying out some lighter 168gr bullets, and plan on trying Varget, H4895, and Benchmark.
  23. Got my 550 basic disassembled and cleaned up this weekend. Also set up my RCBS dies, and Lee FCD last night, and managed to run just a couple rounds through it last night. The powder measure does manage to stay pretty consistent when measuring Unique. Still not 100% sure about the Lee FCD, as I am using slightly oversized cast bullets. They plunk tested fine, and I ran 4 through fromt he magazine fine, but will have to try out a test batch before cranking them out.
  24. Thanks guys. Looks like a great group you have here. Not sure why I had waited so long to join.
