I have upper with a Nordic barrel and Carbon Arms gas block that was built a few months ago. Using the FA carrier with a rifle buffer it was short stroking. Reduced the buffer to 2.9 oz by changing out 4 steel weights for an equal length of Delrin rod. So far it has ran flawless but I only have a little over 500 rounds of various 5.56 and .223 factory loads. Recoil impulse is noticibly less than the Stag 3g upper the Carbon Arms build replaced.
