  1. You talking about adaptor of the case feeder plate?
  2. I'll keep you in mind when I get another bag full. I'll send it along with a reasonable fee for your time and machinery. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  3. If I run across one for. $10 or so I'll pick up and try it out.
  4. If I had a 55 gallon drum of it I could convince myself to buy it. But I only had a gallon bag half full of it. Lol. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. Ok ok I see so only the one on he bottom, never really thought of that. Guess ill try it this evening and see how it works. I want to get some of them with he Allen lock screw in them so I don't have to worry about it backing out when I need to remove motor. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  6. must be nice to have that kind of cash just laying around. But I envy you. Hopefully I'll be there one day. With a fully automated system. It's not just laying around. It's part of a business loan. My business partner and I just bought 4 tons of military 5.56 brass. Holy smokes that's a business venture for sure. So just to sell the brass or is it going to be for loaded ammo? Either way hope this business works Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  7. Awesome figuring my entire garage is connected to that outlet. Gotta love California home regs. Made us out it in when we bought house.
  8. I trimmed only my new brass all my once fired. And that was it I have a few in their fourth load and no issues with length. I use a wilson trimmer

  10. I ended up using a price in my Dremel set worked like a charm. Tried the nail but didn't have the right size. Looks to be working like a charm now. I also added that lock nut on the bottom side. Helped with keeping the die tight. Trimmed up 10 pcs and seem to be within .02 of each other. So I can't complain Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks for the pictures. I thought that was the case but it's not touching the die itself. I'm guessing its electrical as far as that goes. Also what exactly do you use for the pin on that side since the factory one doesn't fit Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. I'm just curious. Why does it void you warranty, because it's aftermarket? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  13. Its already been stated here that using this swager on a 650 will void the warranty. So if its a beefer shellplate, probably should get it.jmho jj I currently just use the 600. I was just asking since he stated he ordered the gs shell plate Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  14. First off this thing worked flawlessly on my 550b, so I recently got a 650 and decided it would go a lot faster with indexing and swaging and so on. Station 1 decapper, Station 2 blank, Station 3 Trim motor. I switched out the factory locking ring for a thin Dillon ring since it have to thread the die in so far to get the casing up high enough inside the trim die to do anything, which then causes an issue with threading motor down far enough to trim, vac hose adaptor doesn’t fit and there is literally no room in between the two nuts for any more adjustment, or for vac to clean out debris. The trim die nut had 1 thread left, on top of all that every time if start the motor it pops the breaker, I have a 30a gfi in the garage, I know it’s not the gfi because I run my portable air compressor and vacuum all the time without a problem. Anyone have any schematics on the motor switch box or motor so I can see if it is drawing to much amperage and /or motor is going bad. I’ve only ran about 300ct .223 brass through this thing but I’ve had for about 2 years. Also is there any tricks to that vacuum adaptor or just rig it to work since there is no room to connect properly. I’ve seen pictures on here before of setups, but I tried searching forum and couldn’t find any of the threads that I seen them in.
  15. so should you get the gs shell plate to go with the swager. does it make that much of a difference
  16. Just the 45 angles where the case is first entered into the locator. Some cases with beat up extractor groves were hanging up. Sent painfully from my iPhone 5 using Tapatalk Good info will have to remember this if I run into issues Thanks
  17. Because it's a glock. Glock has an unsupported barrel unlike alot if gun manufacture. And of course mine is one of those that does keep a right tolerance in its barrels and supports the case arc the base. So glock bulge brass doesn't work for MeV
  18. They make it easy to identify which caliber without having to get all squinty-eyed trying to read the markings on the dies when you have 3 or 4 different toolheads set up for different calibers. I used to just use marker on toolhead and write caliber then wife wanted a label maker. So I use that now I label everything. It's kinda nice since I make labels for powder measures with bullet, caliber, powder and grains and oal for each size bullet for that particular powder measure.
  19. When I saved enough of it I felt obligated to buy a set of dies and a pistol in that caliber. True story. Its funny you say that... I've thought of doing the very same. I've got tons of 380 brass (well... not tons literally but I've got alot). The G42 looks promising although no LGS in my are has one yet. That brass is like gold these days. 380 is hard to find, well at a reasonable price at least. The colt was a better option. Although I like my bodyguard due to its concealable size. Fits perfect in pocket with no visible outline
  20. When I saved enough of it I felt obligated to buy a set of dies and a pistol in that caliber. True story. Funny you says that. So I collect brass when I go to the range. Especially 223, and 40. I just ask people before they sweep into dirt if I can have it. So while trying my new sorter I have come upon about a thousand 9mm casing mixed in with my 380. So I decided to order dies and conversion kit along with some bullets. Decided it's time to add a 9mm to the collection.
  21. Got about $15 into this should be a neat setup. I'll post pics when completed Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
