  1. That part is correctly installed on the casefeeder, then i got some other issue.
  2. I experienced the same issue, can you please post a picture? Not sure what spring steele you refere to.
  3. Isn't there more than one auto bullet feeder? RCBS makes one. From what i know, there is only 2 options. GSI or Mr.Bullet. My plan is to use the GSI toolhead and Mr.Bulletfeeder hybrid. Rcbs can be a little tricky, i don't know the hornady unit.
  4. Take a look at Tubb's carrier weight, might Help a bit?
  5. I now got 1500 loaded, the feeder hangs occationally. Will try to use a rubberband to the powdermeasure. It's a rainy day, maybe i can get some time at the press. :-) Thanx for the advice.
  6. The 223 dropper is a bitch. Will continue to use the rubberband.
  7. It's periodic, maybe 6%. Will try to release tension from the dropper tube, lube it, and see if i get different results.
  8. Yes it does. Maybe i should tie it to the casefeeder to remove the tension?
  9. picture? at least 10 years since i used imageshack
  10. i got aMr.BF lastyear, now i'm loading a large .223 batch. bought the 223 conversion and it "hangs" sometimes, it stays on top -not dropping bullet in the next case(s). and somtimes dumping bullets after case is removed. i put a rubberband from the clip to the press,as quick fix.
  11. 20 of those years he shot IDPA and/or IPSC matches weekly, the last 10 , he just shot a lot if i remember the article correctly.
  12. A major Swedish ammo maker changes dies on the Volume machine every 4 months, they make ammo by the truckloads on the 6,5x55, .308 & 30-06 machines. I once read an article on the subject in Guns'n Ammo or any other American gun magazine, the Author, (fill in name) had worn out a .45 ACP carbide die. it had taken 3 decades.
