I would at least get a new bolt for the new barrel. (Not a BCG) The bolt face will wear and match the old barrel. Just my 2cents.

I'm having some trouble with my 2011 in 9mm and was wondering if any of you may of had or are having the same problem. The gun is unfired by me.
I took the gun apart to clean all the stuff off from the factory, lubed and went to reassemble. Everything went fine tell the mainspring housing. It goes on and then gets push back out about an 1/8th or so by the hammer strut. I've taken it apart and reassembled 10 or so times turns out the same way every time. The hammer is all the way forward.
2nd thing, the magwell pin does not fit back through the frame with the mainspring housing in or out of the gun. To me it looks to be drilled a little crooked.
It cant be this hard to put back together. Maybe its something I'm doing. If anyone needs pictures let me know and I'll try to get what you need.

How long did it take you to get them? And could you tell me what company shipped them? (Ups, fedex, usps)

I ordered 2 mags from http://www.spsguns.es/ENG/HOME_EN.htmlfor the para hi-cap that I'm gonna give a try in my model #51679. I'll report back when I get them in.

What make and model firearm did you put in for the GLS, or doesn't it matter as they all fit? (I could just order one for my G34 and be good to go for both)
Thanks

Any idea of these will work in the rock island 2011?
I'm guessing since the p18 mags work that these will, but dont want to buy them if the wont.
They are a great price for a 140!

Thanks for the help!

I have model #51679 on the way. (should be here by Thursday) After reading through this thread I still can't figure out witch mag/base pad combos will fit in the gun, or where to order them from. I know the MBX mags are probably my best option but aren't in the cards right now, but if thats the best way to go then I'll keep running my G34 tell I get them.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Ah, now I see. I still wish it was a dot with crosshairs under it, but I'll still be picking one up by the end of the summer. A 1-6x from Vortex at under $350 is too good to pass up.The tip is designed to be your 100yd hold w main crosshair being 200
Under $300 at optics planet.
The wife just gave me the go ahead to pick up the Razor HD. Do you know if there will be a 4th of July sale? And if there is can I use your 10% coupon with it?

I am with the hose that would pay $100 more at a big match to not have to reset. I am just getting into this game semi serious, but my main goal is to have fun and hang out with buddies. I just shot Ironman and I will probably only shoot 3 or 4 more matches this year. I had a great time at Ironman but I would have had a better time if between shooting I could go watch a buddy shoot on another squad or just shoot the bull. $100 compared to what I spent would be negligible and I would have a lot more fun. The whole time I was thinking this is a vacation it seems more like work.
Try FNH, and I think the entry fees are about the same as other major events. The staff does all the reseting you just show up and shoot.

If you're shooting past 300 regularly I think you'll be happier with 6x more then 4xDo you guys think I would be better served by this scope or the viper pst? I'm looking for as clear of glass as I can get for the $500 mark. We normally have shots out past 450 yard monthly (normally just 1 target) Farthest shot in the past 2 years has been 725yd.
725 yards??? WTF!!!
Peacemaker has the ability so sometimes they feel the need to use it lol.

There are a few Civil war battle fields near by. (Gettysburg, and Antietam) Harper's Ferry is also in the area, and tends to have reenactors most weekends. Catoctin zoo may be something to look at that keeps you out of DC.

I'm good with the rules as they sit. If you wanna play a different game than do so. The rules as they are made it what it is today, one of the fastest growing sports!

I shoot one match that has a rule of not engaging clays that have fallen and not broke. I believe it is a range rule and not the rule set of the match because they use FNH rules.

I use one of these with my RCI tube, works great!

They have them for a few different makes and models.

My department switched over to M&P's about 5 years ago and have been having trouble with the slid stops sheering off. The range has a set we qualify with witch are not the weapons we carry. So they end up with 10,000 to 20,000 rounds a year. Smith & Wesson fixed them all and sent extras to our armorer.

No I think he is saying that everyone says Benelli's don't malfunction, but as we see here every weapon system has its day.
-
If its already broken can't hurt to try.

I did only use one of the nuts, then the velcro for the front so i could move it up and down.

2 guys on my squad this weekend had these, and they both likd them. Only trouble they seemed to have was the long range stage, targets at 325, 350, 425 and 490. Neither of them got all four targets, both said the hash marks were off so hey have to go back and figure out were its hitting with their ammo. Other than that they loved them!
